International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Please note:

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Precious is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped through trusted delivery partners.

Once the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided, Precious is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unreceived packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure.

International Orders – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for international orders due to:

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

If an international order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
