Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

All sales are final.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.


Refunds

Precious does not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds are only considered in the case of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

If a refund is approved under these exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.


30-Day Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days, you may request a replacement by contacting:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

If approved:

  • The replacement is provided free of charge.

  • You are not required to return the damaged item.

  • The replacement item will be shipped with your next order placed on our website.

  • Warranty replacements are not shipped separately.
